Understanding the importance of self-care is central to mental health and burnout prevention and essential for improving overall workplace wellbeing. Our training forms part of broader wellbeing programs for the workplace, helping staff develop sustainable habits that support their mental and emotional health.
Participants are introduced to a range of simple, effective self-care strategies that can be easily integrated into daily routines. As part of our stress management training for staff, we explore these techniques through hands-on activities so participants can feel the immediate physiological effectshelping them recognise how quickly they can calm and reset their nervous system.
