Our Workplace Self Care Training is a practical 60 minute session designed to give employees simple, effective tools to manage stress, boost focus, and maintain a healthier work life balance. This hands on, engaging course is part of our broader staff wellbeing and self care sessions, helping teams build long-term habits that support mental and emotional wellbeing.

Through evidence based techniques, participants learn to self-soothe, interrupt negative thought patterns, and take proactive responsibility for their mental health. This stress management training for employees is ideal for boosting resilience, enhancing team morale, and improving productivity while also helping meet WHS obligations.
