Section 2: Nervous System Regulation Age appropriate techniques to help children manage big emotions and regulate their nervous system. Children experience self soothing strategies through experiential learning for maximum engagement. Mental health decline has reached crisis level. We need to educate juniors in emotional regulation early. This hands on process teaches children practical wellbeing skills they can use immediately.
